You will be provided with a personalized design, complete with detailed technical drawings, 3D renderings, documentation on fixtures, materials and finishes selections as well as mood boards to showcase the cohesion of the proposed elements.

ROOM REFRESH

This service is ideal for homeowners who want to refresh and modernize their space without the expense or time commitment of a full renovation. We’ll focus on quick turnarounds and maximizing the potential of existing layouts, transforming your space with high-impact updates.

A room refresh design package includes the selection of finishes and fixtures, mood boards to visualize everything together, an itemized shopping list and may include 3D renderings if needed.

IMPLEMENTATION

The implementation service is perfect for clients who want a turn-key, stress-free experience following the design process. Construction can often feel overwhelming, with countless decisions and details to manage; this service ensures a smooth experience from start to finish.

During implementation, we take an active role during construction, coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and trades to bring the design concept to life.

This end-to-end approach ensures that every detail is expertly handled, delivering a stunning final result that aligns perfectly with the original vision.

OUR PROCESS

The first step is to meet and get to know each other! During our initial consultation, we’ll discuss your vision, preferences, budget, and timeline. This is a no-obligation meeting where we aim to understand your goals and how we can best serve you.

After our consultation, we’ll put together a tailored design proposal that includes our design direction, project scope, timeline, and pricing. Once you approve the proposal, we’ll finalize our agreement and get ready to dive into the design process.

This is where the fun begins! We’ll get started and create initial design concepts, which include mood boards, color palettes, preliminary layouts, and budget estimates. At this stage, we aim to give you a realistic picture of what to expect, keeping your goals and budget in mind.

Once we present the initial concepts, I’ll gather your feedback and make revisions as needed. After refining the concept, we’ll finalize the plans, and create detailed drawings and 3D renderings. In this stage, we’ll source the materials and finishes and present physical samples to allow you to see and feel the materials in person. You’ll have a chance to review everything in detail and ask your questions to ensure that all aspects of the design are to your liking.

This is when your vision starts to come to life. If you choose to proceed with the implementation phase after the design process, we will stay involved throughout construction, including coordinating with contractors, purchasing materials, and overseeing the installation. I will handle all the logistics and decisions while keeping you in the loop, so you can sit back and enjoy the transformation.

After the installation, we’ll schedule a final walkthrough with you to ensure everything is perfect. If any final adjustments are needed, we’ll take care of them promptly. Your space is now ready to be enjoyed!
