2 hours with Alexia (in-person) to talk about your vision, explore different ideas for your space, and make a realistic game plan for your project. You will be provided with a full proposal should you wish to proceed with any of the following design services.

Our comprehensive design services include layout and space planning, custom millwork drawings, plumbing and lighting selections, and detailed fixtures and finishes specifications, ensuring every element is thoughtfully curated.

You will be provided with a personalized design, complete with detailed technical drawings, 3D renderings, documentation on fixtures, materials and finishes selections as well as mood boards to showcase the cohesion of the proposed elements.

With meticulous attention to detail and a seamless, client-focused process, this all-inclusive package ensures your builder has everything they need to execute the vision flawlessly.

Implementation

The implementation service is perfect for clients who want a turn-key, stress-free experience following the design process. Construction can often feel overwhelming, with countless decisions and details to manage; this service ensures a smooth experience from start to finish.

During implementation, we take an active role during construction, coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and trades to bring the design concept to life. We take care of ordering materials and fixtures, product inspections and more. This end-to-end approach ensures that every detail is expertly handled, delivering a stunning final result that aligns perfectly with the original vision.

Room Refresh

This service is ideal for homeowners who want to refresh and modernize their space without the expense or time commitment of a full renovation. We’ll focus on quick turnarounds and maximizing the potential of existing layouts, transforming your space with high-impact updates.

A room refresh design package includes the selection of finishes and fixtures, mood boards to visualize everything together, an itemized shopping list and may include 3D renderings if needed.
